And With Alot Of Coaxing I Finally Got HIM To Make It To The 150 Ft. Level Of The **Big Stack**....!!! It Was During These Times That Elwood's XYL ** LOIS ** Would NOT Come Outside..... Thinking ---" MY Husband Must Be CRAZY..! ! ! " ---

Back In The 70's W6RD Chuck Lived Back Here & Together With Our Proffesional Engineering (trial & error) And Muscle-ss We Figured Out How To Make A Tower Section With An Inside Rotor That Would Hold & Turn A Hy-Gain 204ba At The 80 ft. Level Of The 150 ft. Tower... (man talk about heavy..! ! )....! ! ! This Tower Project Took Alot Of 807's ... ! ! ! Many Thanks Again Chuck ! ! !

The Tower After Standing For --- 25 yrs Plus --- When I Reached --Senior Citizen Status-- And Realized This MONSTER Had To Be Taken Down... 
It Was W0ZOK Who I Called Upon To Do The Dismanteling.... When He First Got To The Top At About 8:30 AM One Friday Morning He Called DOWN ---- Saying ---- "" There Is ** NO WAY ** We Can Get This **g.....d......antenna off here**.....! ! ! "" ( it was Elwood WB0LTG who actually put the top hygain 204ba in its place ) But After Alot Of Coaxing By Myself & Elwood And A Full 8 hrs Plussss On The Tower & Alot of WATER BOTTLES Sent Up On The Gin-Pole Rope ---- Gene Finally Reached --Tera-firma-- Just b-4 5:00 PM ..... Saying **
